There’s no better place for sweeping views and art deco elegance.
Sure, the Rainbow Room just got a much needed facelift, but after being open since 1934, what New York space wouldn’t? This iconic landmark still has its revolving dance floor and crystal chandelier, and while railings and wall lighting also enhance the room, did we mention the views? Spectacular, to say the least. From the 65th floor of the famed 30 Rockefeller Center, the floor to ceiling windows showcase the awesome city that is ours.
This is one of my favorites places with the best views of the New York City skyline.—Eyal Tessler of Tessler Events
With wedding packages that start at $400 per person, you’re getting dinner, premium bar service, and all staff focused on your event and attendees, since only one event takes place at a time. Executive Chef Jonathan Wright creates a menu specific to the couples’ preferences, ensuring a highly personalized (and tasty) experience. While there is a list of vendors the staff prefers to work with, there are no mandates as to who to use for a variety of services including flowers. For a memorable wedding experience that is classic NYC with a nod to a bygone era, the Rainbow Room is one in a million.
