When a new luxury hotel is opening, or a high-end brand such as Tiffany & Co or Tom Ford are planning an event, they turn to Yusef Austin aka The Cocktail Architect to create the ultimate cocktail menu for their guests.

Brides and grooms who have moved beyond offering up their personal favorite cocktail as the wedding’s signature drink, can collaborate with Austin to develop one or several customized drinks for their cocktail hour, reception, and after party.

Working one-on-one with clients, or with the venue or planner – celebrity wedding planner and designer Colin Cowie has collaborated with The Cocktail Architect on many events – Austin will devise a menu of cocktails made with the freshest ingredients: Fruits and vegetables, interesting herbs and spices, and different kinds of salts and sweeteners.

In addition to the drinks, The Cocktail Architect will also design the bar for your event, and supply the staff and specialty items such as sculpted ice cubes. Customized tastings to determine the final menu is also available – and would make for a fun pre-wedding outing too.
