After a rough winter you never know what spring will bring. For Kelsey and Noah, the changing season brought a picture-perfect warm day to celebrate their nuptials. Among the cherry blossoms and other fauna naturally blooming at the Brooklyn Botanic Garden, the decor for their day was just as the bride envisioned, “elegant yet relaxed,” she told Twirl New York.

Kelsey fell in love with a Stephanie Allin wedding dress her mother had sent her a picture of. Being from England, Kelsey was able to make an appointment at the designer’s London store when she was home for the holidays. She accomplished what is a challenge for most and picked her dress in just one day. “I felt comfortable and right in it and everyone else in the shop — including Stephanie herself who was helping pick things for me to try on — thought it was the one too.”

I loved our wedding —Kelsey

With the garden’s beautiful backdrop and friends and family there to celebrate, Kelsey and Noah’s favorite part of the day was about what mattered most. “When the officiant said ‘presenting Mr. & Mrs. Heinz,’ and we turned and saw all our favorite people who’d come to celebrate with us, it really hit me that I was now holding the hand of my husband.”
